Natalia is a compassionate psychologist, clinical sexologist, and psychotherapist (in training) dedicated to empowering individuals and adolescents (from age 14) to navigate life’s challenges. With a rich blend of academic training and hands-on experience, she supports clients in overcoming issues such as emotional crises, depression, anxiety, stress, workplace challenges, self-esteem, sexuality, relationship difficulties, and personal development.
Natalia holds a master’s degree in psychology, a postgraduate diploma in clinical sexology, and is currently training to become a certified cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist. Her career includes extensive experience in youth and adult crisis intervention through helpline work and youth centres – supporting young people in mental health crises and those in foster care – as well as working with adults and adolescents in clinical and hospital-based care.
Natalia integrates evidence-based cognitive-behavioural strategies with a collaborative, client-centred methodology. Her approach is tailored to each individual, blending structured therapeutic techniques with compassionate insight to co-create practical solutions that build resilience and foster personal growth.
Natalia works with adults and adolescents (from age 14) in both Polish and English.
